This smoke cleansing bunde (smudge stick) is a product of two very powerful herbs- Mugwort and White Sage. 

For centuries, White Sage has been used for cleansing individuals and their surroundings, while Mugwort has been used for everything from exorcisms, to increasing clairvoyance and calming the restless dead. Both of these herbs are commonly used in witchcraft and other spiritual pursuits, making this a handy herb bundle to have in your collection.

To use this smudge stick/ smoke cleansing bundle, simply light the smudge stick circulating it around your body and your surroundings, allowing the pungent smoke to cleanse and bring in the plants healing intentions. It can also be used in cases of getting rid of negative energies or in preparation for divination practices such as Tarot.

Care Instructions

Please take care when using this product. Never leave a burning smudge stick unattended. Extinguish in a bowl of sand/dirt when finished.

Some varieties don't smoke as much as the others (depending on the plants used), but if the centre is well lit, and you blow on the herb bundle, they should smoke more easily.

As a natural product these smudge sticks can take in moisture, especially if humidity has been high and/or there has been lots of rain. This may make the herbs difficult to light. If you find that your smudge stick has taken on moisture- dry it out by placing in a sunny window/ dashboard in your car, or on a low heat in the oven. Keep your herbs sealed in a cool dry place when not in use.
