In Buddhism, mala beads are used as a tool for keeping track of recitations of the Buddhist mantra, "Om mani padme hum." They are also used in Jainism for reciting mantras and counting prayers.

This Beautiful Natural Japa mala contains 108 natural sandalwood beads, finished off with a red tassel at the base.  Simple in design, this Mala is also perfect for meditation.
